As we were exploring on how people form habits, what makes them stick to their habits & what are those main focus areas in ones life and work, we could recognize 4 different groups where in a person spend most of the time in these domains and as we were researching on those domains we found few familiarities with the elements of nature such as Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Space. Interesting we could find how relevant they were and matched by the energies they were holding.

Step by Step approach
As we were figuring out how a person forms habits on a day to day basis, we could get that sense of effort that someone puts in forming a new habit. Some habits are easily formed as our second nature, whereas others need a constant push and attention. These steps are something that we have experienced ourselves and have seen with people around us.
